We absolutely love this daycare! Our daughter has been attending since she was an infant (now 2.5) and it has been such a wonderful experience. The facility is always clean and feels very safe, and the teachers are caring, attentive, and truly amazing with the kids. Our daughter loves coming every day and has grown so much here. Her vocabulary has taken off and she is learning new things constantly. We also love the variety of activities they provide, from daily outdoor play to yoga, STEM, and even cooking classes! The director and deputy director go above and beyond to make families feel welcome and supported. We feel so grateful to have found this place. It has truly become a second home for our little one.
My oldest son went to ELF 5 years ago. My youngest is currently enrolled. He loves going to school and always talks about his friends. The teachers are amazing. The communication is outstanding. Pictures and videos are sent daily.
We’ve had the most wonderful experience with ELF - it truly feels like a second home. The staff's warmth and care make us feel like family, ensuring our kids safety and happiness. The sense of community and personal attention they provide is truly exceptional! As part of my wife’s job as a FCPS School Psychologist for Child Find, she regularly visits different daycares. While no daycare is perfect, after visiting lots of daycares, my wife still likes ELF the best! We were on a waitlist for a while when we first joined, but ELF recently expanded their facility and added some great new staff, so they might have some open spots. If you are lucky enough to get your kid or kids enrolled, we think you too will fall in love with ELF. :-)
I cannot say enough good things about ELF! My son went here for several years (until we moved to another area) and they were so wonderful to him. He started out at 16 weeks in the infant room and wen through the preschool room. Ms. Mary was so kind and warm, and she fostered a wonderful environment of such caring and loving staff and teachers. My son absolutely loved his classes and his teachers! I always felt happy and at home there. ELF is a wonderful place!
So grateful for this center! I have a 5 month old and all of the infant room teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and communicative. They’re constantly sharing ADORABLE photos of my daughter via brightwheel, an app that allows you to communicate quickly with the entire center and see your child’s entire schedule during the day. The owner Mary truly created something special; you can feel the love for the children in her heart and it’s very reflective in her other teachers as well. Would highly recommend this daycare!!
