Cool park to chill on a nice day. Plenty of room for families to picnic. Playground and Basketball courts available. Benches are also aplenty. Near shopping and transportation if needed. Great place to hear the true sounds of the Bronx. Well lit in the evening hours too

I came here for Bronx fit fest and was pleasantly surprised about his big the park is. I have passed it in a car so never really paid attention. I'm glad the rec center finally reopened, I'll stop by again for shape up nyc classes.

I grew up playing in this park. It was nice to come back and visit with my kids and husband.

It's beautiful in the morning and early afternoon, after 3pm it's dangerous, with random shoot out and a lot of weed smoking everywhere.
