This Place is Amazing…They offer a multitude of services. The are caring for and caring of the community and especially to our seniors…I’m forever grateful to them

Recently finished their after school program at my kids elementary school. Wouldn't do it again. Most of the staff doesn't have patience and are constantly telling the kids to sit down, and with my kindergarteners group, they even favorite certain kids, most likely due to the parent that brings them. This is so unprofessional to say the least, as my five year old was constantly getting told to stay seated, don't visit his older brother with his group, and yet this one little girl did whatever she wanted and even brought electronics, such as Nintendo. My fourth grader enjoyed it only because he got to hangout with his friends but across the board, they don't really do much for activities, crafts or sports. Parents should've been in direct contact with group counselors, instead of having to go through the director each time, and then to top it off she's no longer with them at a certain point, so who do you contact then? I wouldn't recommend this program unless you desperately need childcare. I know good jobs are hard to come by, but for Christ sake, don't sign up for this one if you hate kids that much

I was on the line for the food pantry once before and wasn't aware of this system they have where they give tickets out at 8:30 in the morning. Today I went on line and all of these other people who have tickets are jumping in front of me. This seems very unorganized, and last time I wil go, or recommend this food pantry.

An incredibly vital resource for communities across NYC. Have worked with executive management and citywide directors and staff and they're all great, beautiful, dedicated, and passionate people with genuine interest in working with children, youth, parents, and families. Highly recommended resource.
