I filed my income tax here last year on 2025 & I was delighted with the way I was treated, I'm disable & they offered an easy access for me to go downstairs to the floor where they file taxes. They also explain everything very well, in a way that you'll definitely understand, I highly recommend this place to file your tax

I attended the job fair they had last week. I was not sure what to expect but I was a little disappointed, I didn't get what I had hoped for, in terms of a second income but I gained insight and gained some knowledge. They offer a lot of support services for a certain group of NYCHA tenants. I think this place is an asset and very essential to/for the community. I saw how the staff offered support to the young men and women that showed up. I will revisit this place and hope that at the next job fair, I will get what I am.looking for.

Horrible place the fastest thing was the intake after that H.P. stated she was gonna update my resume after I told her I would do it she stated she wanted to do it. She never did nothing,no calls no nothing. Haidy Peña took all my info and copies of my certifications and gonna call me 2 months later. When I reached out through phone and email no response. Never again they are just there for a check.

Worst place I’ve ever visited in the Bronx the place is a total scam highway robbery waste of taxpayers dollars on don’t even know why anyone there has a job . I signed up for Bronxchester over a month ago every time I check on my application they keep saying someone will reach out to me it’s been a month with no response I wish I could give this place a big fat zero
