Called last week lady I spoke to was very professional I believe I called on Saturday older lady then she informed me to call back Monday to ask for community service volunteer to speak with administration and when I did the lady who answered had a attitude she informed me to hold on which I didn’t mind then the call failed randomly I called back hoping to get back in contact with someone and repeated my name and why I was calling she then said “ I KNOW I’m doing something we received a donation” I can understand if you simply just say hey can you give us a call back in 10-15 min we received a donation sorry approach is everything and how she handled isn’t professional I don’t want to work with a establishment that isn’t professional…

I was disappointed, so I called for a young lady who is currently pregnant and homeless. I was hoping to get her some help but she was told they would call her back next week but they have not .

Very supportive organization while you are there, especially with the kids. They were big on holidays and community get togethers. They assist with thing like basic groceries, daytime child care, and small essentials to help you get settled. I would definitely recommend them while you get on your feet. Facility is a little older but safe and comfortable.

I don’t recommend this place to anybody. This place claims to be a transitional housing program to help you transition out with your children and they don’t do that. Even though they have plenty of connections to be able to. I was here for about 3 years and it was good when Ms. Rhonda was there but once she left, everything fell apart and things got shady. While staying here, I had so much black mold in the closet in my room from a pipe leaking in there and so many of my items and my daughters items were ruined from the mold and instead of being reimbursed for the items that were destroyed from their building, I was laughed at and mocked in a team meeting that they had. It was also mold in the daycare upstairs. For a while, there was a damp moldy smell that was ignored by the staff in charge of St. Ann’s. Also I don’t recommend the daycare. There are great teachers there that I used to work with but the older teacher in charge of the two year olds is very mean to those children and many of the staff have seen it with their own eyes and yet she’s still there so be very careful when picking this place for your children . Overall they are money hungry and will use the girls up for donations and money until they get tired of them and tell them they have to leave. Staff is also very unprofessional and condescending. There are about two staff members that are good and helpful to the girls.

The staff at St Ann’s Center are such a blessing to the women and children that live at St Ann’s. They are constantly seeking ways to improve and inspire the families to achieve a stable future for their family. In addition to the residential facility St Anns provides affordable daycare. The safari theme and the adorable window artwork with friendly animal faces is a wonderful update to the upstairs daycare!
