My 2 year old son attended this daycare from July 2022-April 2023. The duration of his time there, staff have allowed my son to run out of the facility premises on 2 occasions! My son had an injury gaged on his forehead for “flippin” this facility has failed to provide incident reports of these incidents except 1 (after me confronting). On two occasions, I have engaged in two confrontations with two separate staff members (teachers) about his safety. Both almost ending in physical altercation. The final straw was when a teacher there MS Charlene aggressively shoved my son out of the facility after we asked to wait in the lobby to speak with the owner, Ms. Gwen. Since then I have reported this faculty to CPS and to the Maryland Office of Child care. All of theses incidents were discussed with the owner and little to no accountability has been held for her workers.
Great Daycare! Great Teachers! They are so accommodating and understanding. My baby has been here since March 2022. Her speaking improves every week! She can count to 22!
My daughter has been using this transportation and also daycare for almost a year now and I can’t say nothing but great things about them. They’re always available to help me with my working schedule and able to accommodate me as much as they can.
