I have a 2 year old and 3 year old that attended for about 3 weeks before I pulled them my 3 year old got shoved by another student resulting in a wound on his back I walk in right after it happen to get him and another child was hugging my child while he cried and the teacher did not seem to care one but then my 2 year old was crying at drop off her class was already outside so I figured when she got out there she would calm down I was in the school for about 5 min after she had already went outside so I decided to go around the school and check on her to see if she calmed down at this point she was crying harder and holding her hands out to the teachers one teacher was on her phone disrespectfully ignoring my crying child and the other was just looking at her watching her cry if they can do this in public who knows what they are doing behind doors I removed the kids immediately! That place has potential if they can find the right staff
I have my 3 grandchildren here. It is revamped, cleaned, and new staff. Please come and take a look. So glad they can service the West end and anyone needing child care. All teachers and directors have all their training per DHS regulations. Stop on by and take a new look.
Do not recommend this place! My 8 year old attended here and I had major concerns of a strong urine smell, most teachers are parents to the students to phone usage and bullying is huge! Not to mention and I mean this is the nicest way some of the teachers looked and acted like meth heads or they were on some type of drugs (not an exaggeration). When I would walk in in the mornings the infant room would be full of poor screaming children and the way the staff speak and address kids is disturbing. Place is dirty, there is no wayy half or all/most of the staff has taken any kind of child care classes! Id never send my young kiddos here unfortunately they were transportation for a school my child goes to. They no longer transport due to insurance issues so that tells you something there. Do not recommend. Also just by looking at the responses to parents concerns or reviews to help future parents the way they conduct themselves is unfortunate. Also want to mention the main lady( forget her name) comments on how she will fight parents and call the cops.
Do not recommend using this childcare facility. We had so many concerns with this daycare.
Under staffed and unprofessional, would never send my kids here
