Andrew was super informative and helpful during my phone call today. I was inquiring about a membership to help me through physical therapy using the pool and my daughter getting into the soccer program. I was excited to hear about getting to work with a personal trainer when I sign up. I recently broke my leg and I am excited to get back on my feet.

I enjoy this Y because it's got everything you need to do an effective workout. But please for the sake of us adults, get some control over the young kids that come into this place and loiter around, sitting on machines they aren't using, walking around with no shoes on, got their backpacks everywhere and then set their towels and water bottles on machines so they can try and use multiple machines at once. Its unfair to us who want to get in and out. The other day 6 young high school boys lined up at the only leg extension machine and took turns using it. Probably held that machine up for 30 minutes. The women's locker room, girls under 18 are utilizing the over 18 locker room, bringing boys in there and sneaking around - it's a very unnerving feeling when you are getting dressed and hear a boys voice in the women's locker room.I feel like this Y has become the hang out spot for after school kid's, but I give 4 stars for your cleanliness and friendly staff - just wish these issues would be addressed.
Hot tub at Davenport West Y has been closed on off for 4 months. We members want to know why is this? Y on 53 rd st, closes all day for cleaning. Just left there, still no water in it. Sad for us paying members.
Very welcoming staff upon arriving for whatever activity you are planning to participate in. Whether you are attending for an individual workout or signing up for a variety of classes to choose from. Very clean and well kept.
