They pick and choose the people they help so if your low income and look for help from any there programs on repairs to your home good luck with that been on one program for five years not even so much phone call or letter. Weatherization is also useless they should be held accountable

Delaware opportunities is such a great place....and I would love to thank kelly for helping me out every time I go there she is so kind....I also want to thank the ladies who do the back to school drive they helped me out so so much...Delaware opportunities does really help so many people it's amazing thank you all so much....

really upsetting to see/ hear someone from Del.Opportunities counseling and sharing info with clients today at 1030 am in the MIDDLE of McDonalds in Walton. All the good they do is negated by something like this.
