The front desk lady Sonia with the wavy hair has always been unnecessarily rude. Today I came to pick up my niece and nephew and not my baby niece and she snapped at me about needing to go to the baby section, even though I wasn’t picking her up. When I called, I asked for only the two of them. This was the first time anyone explained that to me, so there was no reason for her to be that rude embarrassing me in front of other people She’s lucky I didn’t go off on her. FYI, people can hear you through the glass door, especially when you’re glaring at them and speaking loudly. Totally uncalled for.
Absolutely love this place. The care that they have shown my daughter since she entered the school is phenomenal; from the front desk staff, to the teachers, the aids, even the cooks and security. My daughter has been there since she was about 9-10 months and she is now 3 years old.
Great services. Before care very convenient for working parents. After care very good. My son has multiple allergies and they handle it very well and give him alternate options. Social workers on property are very attentive to each child following their development. My son loves and can't wait to go to school. They provide breakfast lunch and snacks in between. Great communication and very open with details about child. I have never had an issue. During Covid they take a lot of protocol and are specific in what they require and request from parents. Director is great at explaining more into detail if there are any additional questions or doubt. German is great at helping explain a lot of questions needed if the director is no available at the moment and assist excellent with any questions in regards to my children including Sandra and lily. This place really has a good staff and support system. Teachers have a very open communication with me. My daughter was there and my son has been there for over 4 years. Cant complain. Great staff! Teachers go through a lot of training and it shows when they talk to you during parent teacher conferences. The child pick up from elementary school is also great. They get after-school help to complete their homework so when I get home all I do is review when ms. Melissa helps my daughter. Only negative thing i have to say is the pick up parking in the front needs to be enforced more during drop off and pick up hours for the daycare service. Signs are posted outside but of course we can't control people and let alone that area parking is horrible. Other than that everything is great.
Exceptional care from front desk to teacher and director. Would not trust anyone else with my kids..they have been there since they were newborn and now 10 years old. Thank you for caring.
I am really disappointed in the way daycare works, they accept whoever they want, my son was already transferred to that school for pre-kindergarten, then just because they know my mother, they did not want to accept him... That is DISCRIMINATION …
