This is probably a wonderful organization for those in need of assistance, however, as a business, they refuse to respond to any request whatsoever. It is beyond frustrating, not to mention very unprofessional, that no one will respond to voice messages, emails, etc. regarding a document received from them in an effort to understand said document. Several voice message and an email have been sent and absolutely nothing from them in over two weeks.
The services and staff are great. Ms. Lori Penor is very accomodating, gives all the informations and resources we needed, very helpful, giving and knows very well her job. I hope all the employees of the companies are like her. She is the best of the best. Thank you REWA for all the help you gave us eversince and to Ms. Lori! God bless you all.
