KinderCare has been amazing, not only for my 4 year old, but for my family. The kindness, patience, compassion, and love the teachers, director, and staff have shown all of us since day one has been a blessing. They have gone above and beyond in every way to ensure both my daughter and family feel comfortable with our daughter being there. I absolutely recommend this daycare for your kids. I’ve gone to 3 places in Holly Springs and this staff is phenomenal. Daily greetings from the front desk managers, and teachers during drop off and pickup. The teachers are amazing and greet you when you pickup and drop off your kids and they let you know how your child was each day. On top of that, the use of the app is amazing. I’ve seen some bad reviews on Renee, but from my experience she’s extremely professional and a great leader. Lastly, unlike most daycares, the cleanliness is amazing. You can walk through the halls and it actually smells amazing and not like toddlers diaper.
We have had a great experience at KinderCare since moving to the area a year ago! Ms. Renee (the director) followed up with me when spots were available for my kids and took the stress off that process at a chaotic time in our life. The teachers and admin have been wonderful; teachers I don’t even know will say hi to my boys by name and when we went to visit on a day we were on summer vacation, everyone greeted us so excitedly. Teachers and admin have always been easy to communicate with and it does truly feel like a family atmosphere. The app is nice too and helps you feel connected to your kids when you’re at work.
KinderCare has been a healing blessing to our family. My fiancé and I didn’t have the best experience with another daycare in the past, so we chose to go with a nanny—until she had to return to school. On short notice, we decided to give daycare another try and chose KinderCare. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth and professionalism. Director Renee kindly gave us a tour of the beautiful facility while gracefully handling multiple tasks with patience and kindness. That alone was a huge green flag for us! We instantly felt at ease and enrolled our son shortly after. The process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. What I love most is how connected I feel to my son’s day. I receive regular photo and activity updates, and any time I reach out, I get a quick and helpful response. Thank you, KinderCare family, for all you do. KinderCare has been fabulous for our family. It has been wonderful to have such attentive directors who are so responsive, especially with first time parents. Miss Renee and Miss Jessica are great! I’m always impressed how many teachers know our child by name, even outside of his classroom. The app is updated frequently throughout the day with updates and pictures.
