Rainbow Child Care Center

I’m using a second account because I would rather stay anonymous. But this place really sucks to be honest. The workers are horrible at communication about things and they are honestly pretty rude. Everyday my son comes home with bumps, bruises and scratches that they have no explanation for. They also talk very poorly about the children because I know some teachers on the inside that talk about their concern with that. I am looking for another school for my son now but I can’t wait to get out of here. I would leave a 0 star if I could.

***I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STAR REVIEWS*** I went for a tour and information around 11:30am. I rang the doorbell so many times before someone finally came to the door. I was given a packet with prices and asked when I wanted to start. I immediately responded and said I need to see the classroom and the teacher. I was then told “oh no it’s lunch time”. I then looked at a screen with cameras in each classroom and asked which class my child would attend. I was annoyed and just took my things and left. How can someone enroll if they haven’t seen the building, the classroom or met the teacher. This was very unprofessional and just rude. I went to another center (still lunch time) and they nailed it. NO WAY TO THIS CENTER

We have been part of the Rainbow family for almost 3 years. We are extremely happy with the care they provide to both of our children. I know that our children are being well taken care of and loved. Rainbow is always coming up with new ideas and activities for the kids to learn and play in a nurturing environment. The center director, Kim, has an open door policy and always takes the time to speak with parents and address any questions. I highly recommend Rainbow to anyone that lives in the area!

I was hesitant to send my child to daycare because I was nervous to leave her with strangers. Shayler Kindercare was understanding of my nerves and allowed me to visit before her start date to meet her teachers. Once she started, I quickly learned how loving all teachers are to the children. They are not strangers even though that was my fear. Everyone knows my child’s name and I know most don’t see her in a teaching standpoint. They just make it a point to get to know each child, regardless if they are in their class or not. Both Ashley’s (school directors) and Ms. Kaitlyn and Calysta have made the transition to daycare seamless for my child and myself! As she transitions to each class, I know she will get the best care.

All of the KinderCare teachers are great with the children . I can tell they are all passionate about their jobs. The staff always made us feel welcomed and put our minds at ease since the day we stepped in the door. Both my husband and I are grateful and thankful we found such a wonderful daycare for our daughter. Donna Hendershot, the director, is fantastic with communicating with parents and always goes above and beyond for her KinderCare families. If you are looking for top notch care for your child(ren), KinderCare is definitely the choice you should make.
