I can't say enough wonderful things about BrightPath Batavia! The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children. My little one who has attended the center for 6 years absolutely loves going every day, and I’ve seen such amazing growth in their social and learning skills. The facility is clean, well-organized, and filled with engaging activities that keep the kids happy and stimulated. My children have attended here for around 3 years now. From our time through baby, toddler, and preschool classes we have only had an outstanding experience. Their teachers create such personal bonds with them, and they both love coming to 'school'. They are consistently given a high quality education while also receiving detailed care, creating close bonds, strong friendships, and lots of love throughout!
Some of the staff is super sweet and then others it just seems fake and half the time you can’t tell who’s sincere and who’s just acting nice when they don’t care. They don’t have a quiet or secluded enough space for breastfeeding/pumping and favorite certain employees over others and it’s very obvious. They do care a lot about the children though but acted annoyed when I had Requests regarding my child who was a baby. And was unfair towards me when I was Pregnant making me wait long periods of time to be relieved to use the restroom. They can do better in my opinion.
