This daycare is okay overall, but I want to share my honest experience. I have personally witnessed children being left unattended on multiple occasions, which is concerning for any parent. One day my mom saw a much bigger kid (schooler) in the toddler room throw my son on the ground by his NECK ! Then I picked my son up and his face was nasty and that was my last straw, I also feel the facility could benefit from a deeper level of cleaning. Additionally, the front desk staff could improve in customer service and communication. On a positive note, the owner is kind and pleasant to interact with. She has helped me out before. I hope these concerns are taken seriously because with improvement, this daycare could be much better.
So sad to be leaving rainbow academy! My little one has been here since he was 7 months old up until now a few years later and we’ve never had any issues. He loved his preschool teachers and the director Miss Angela, has always worked with us and does fun things for the kids all the time for holidays and just for fun. My kid has learned so much here! Thank you, will miss you all!
My kids went here for 2 weeks… My daughter was caught being unsupervised sitting on the daycare’s child lap after I asked her not to TWICE. She got LICE... There are not clean. The director is TERRIBLE… DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE AT ALL!!!
My baby has been going to Rainbow Academy since he was 4 months old, and I am so happy with the loving care he receives in the infant room! The teachers are very devoted to the babies, and I always find my son happy and content when I come to pick him up. I am grateful to be able to entrust my little one to such wonderful caretakers!
My 5 year old 3 year old 18 month have been attending for 3 years and the staff is amazing and my kids are always learning and happy when we pick them up the owner is very knowledgeable and understanding thanks rainbow
