RARE Learning receives mostly positive reviews praising its curriculum, individual attention, and engaging learning environment. However, two serious incidents involving injury reporting and refund processing have raised significant concerns about accountability and professionalism.
Extremely disappointed with RARE Learning’s lack of professionalism and accountability. I withdrew my child due to a documented medical condition which clearly qualifies under their own refund policy. I submitted all required documentation and followed up numerous times via email all ignored. I even went in person and spoke with a teacher who repeatedly assured me the refund would be processed. Months later I’m still waiting. No refund no response no integrity. To make matters worse during my visits I noticed that instead of a proper educational setup the staff were showing nursery rhymes on their personal phones to groups of children. It is not only unprofessional it is completely inappropriate for a learning environment. If you claim to be an educational center invest in a proper setup such as a TV or projector something that does not look this careless and unstructured. RARE Learning markets itself as a nurturing and professional environment but my experience has been anything but. Poor communication no follow through and a clear disregard for both their own policies and for the trust parents place in them.
The Rare Learning program is an excellent choice for parents seeking a positive and engaging learning experience for their children. As an instructor involved with the program, I strongly recommend this program to anyone who wants their preschoolers to get a head start for a strong foundation for academics and social development.
It is a great program for kids especially before school. Each child is evaluated and given individual attention to improve at their pace. It is a great way for children to learn play skills and writing skills. As a teacher, I feel the program is very well organized and smooth running. Miss Saba and everyone involved is doing a great job!!
This program is good especially for early learners. It helps in improving the kid’s basic skills of reading ,writing and recognising the letters through painting and by digital methods. In addition to this, they also focus on other activities such as rhymes, number skills, communication skills ,table manners and so on. I liked it…
We found this program in 2022. This is really great program for kids as it keeps them engaged through learning curriculum and other development activities. They do send assignment sheets at home which helps us understand what my kid did in school
