What Parents Say
Primrose School at Centennial receives unanimous 5-star reviews from parents who praise the caring, stable staff, strong communication, and developmental growth their children experience. Parents consistently highlight low teacher turnover, welcoming administration, and a nurturing environment where children thrive academically and emotionally.
This review is long overdue, but I truly can’t say enough good things about our Primrose. We started a year and a half ago when my daughter was 2½ and my son was 1. They’d been with the same nanny for two years, so I was especially nervous about the transition, particularly for my daughter who is naturally quiet, thrives on routine, and can take time to warm up. From day one, the teachers went above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable. After about a month, she was genuinely excited to go to school, and over time she has really started to come out of her shell. A huge part of that is because of how patient, attentive, and caring the staff has been with her. My son has also loved it. He’s a typical second child and adapts easily, but he is truly happy there and adores his teachers. One thing I appreciate most is the consistency. There isn’t much staff turnover, and I think that speaks volumes about the ownership and the culture they’ve built. My kids still get excited to see their former teachers, which says everything about how much the staff genuinely cares. I’m incredibly grateful to have a school I trust completely and know my kids are safe, loved, and learning in such a positive environment.
Great facility & staff. The quality of care at Primrose has made returning to work much easier, knowing that our son is well cared for. We toured several daycares (Goddard, Centennial Montessori, Bright Beginnings, Kindercare), and Primrose became our first choice, so we were glad to hear a spot opened up in time. Miss Sheila, Angela & Aphrodite take great care of the infants, and we so appreciate all the updates throughout the day and the pictures of our son looking happy with them. Dan, Sara & Beth at the front office are all great as well and very helpful. Good communication.
We have only been at Primrose since May, but the growth we’ve seen in our now 4-year-old has been incredible. She is speaking so much more, pointing out shapes and colors on the ride home, and is genuinely excited every morning to go to school. Her teacher, Mrs. Savi, is absolutely wonderful — she goes above and beyond, and I always enjoy our morning conversations. The front — Mrs. Beth, Mrs. Sarah, and Mr. Dan — are also amazing! They are always welcoming, caring, and truly make us feel like family. I also appreciate that they’re able to accommodate my oldest during school breaks, which is such a big help. We couldn’t be happier with the love, care, and education our daughter is receiving here. I highly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a place where their child will thrive!
I love the communication from the admin staff as well as his teachers. My son is excelling in his knowledge as well as his emotional awareness. Thank you for taking such good care of my son.
From day one, this daycare has been an absolute blessing. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding—especially during the tough transition of sending your little one for the first time. Now, my daughter looks forward to coming here! She loves her teachers, playing outside, crafts, singing, dancing, and of course—the snacks! What truly sets this place apart is the communication. The Procare app gives real-time updates with photos, meal details, and even diaper changes. If she gets a tiny scratch, it’s documented immediately. I love getting those notifications at work—it brings me so much peace of mind. Beyond that, I’ve watched my daughter thrive. She’s learned to sit and eat at a table, say “please,” and grow in confidence. The young toddler teachers were amazing when she needed extra cuddles, and you can feel the good energy as soon as you walk in. Even though it’s a bit of a drive, I’ll gladly keep making it because the staff is that amazing. The kindness, care, and nurturing environment are worth every penny. 100% recommend!
