I truly hate to do this, I don't like to leave bad reviews but I’m so taken aback by my experience today I feel this is necessary if only to get some clarification or warn other new comers before having the same experience. I have never felt so unwelcome at a place in my life, especially somewhere was I was prepared to spend 5k annually. My family and I moved here earlier this month and this health club came highly recommended by a friend. I called today and introduced myself and expressed my family’s interest in becoming members. I have belonged to a great health club everywhere I lived so the estimated $420/month for my family of 4 didn’t seem too crazy but I did want to try it out for a day before making my decision. They informed me they don’t offer trials but I could purchase a $50 day pass so that’s what I did (I feel like if this is the policy they could easily say this would be applied to my first months dues if I sign up! But that would imply they care at all about sales and it’s implicitly clear they do not) So I get there with my baby and toddler, excited to see the space and everything they have to offer before committing to paying $5,000 every year. They showed me nothing. Not the lockers, not the equipment, not the classes, not even where to drop off my children. I asked and they gave me verbal directions "down the hall, make two rights and you’ll see it". I get to the child care room and again, get NO INFORMATION. I’m leaving my kids with you! You could explain what you do in there, what all the rooms are for, where to leave my car seat! Nothing. They were annoyed my baby wasn’t wearing socks (how would I have known she needed them?? No problem, I’ll run to the car to get a pair). I got backed, calmed my normally happy social toddler down and found a random staircase (again, no one has shown me anything in the entire building) and find a machine. I get a call 2 minutes later that I need to go pick up my kids. My toddler is screaming and saying the teacher told her I wasn’t coming back and was inconsolable. We left, $50 for like 5 minutes of gym time. Maybe they have enough members and don’t want new sales? I left feeling so sad, unwelcome and like I had done something wrong. Not even a “sorry it didn’t work out!” on my way out the door. Hopefully this is no one else’s experience!

I'll outline everything about this Gym Below 👇 1. Plenty of Machines, albeit not the best machines you'll find, basically just TechnoGym and Life Fitness stuff, limited ROM and less than ideal curves across the Board, will note the quality machines below: Squat Press Converging Horizontal Chest Press Iso Lateral Row Seated Cybex Calf Extension Seated Dip 2. Tons of Squat Rack and Benches 3. Has every cardio piece you can imagine. Fan Bikes, Self Propelled Treadmills, Steppers, Ski Erg, etc. 4. Great Co-Ed Sauna which is usually above 175°F 5. Cold Plunge which isn't really a Plunge as it's like 50°F 6. Friendly Front Desk Staff, Trainers seem nice enough, they don't tend to horde equipment like at other LT locations. 7. Generally Clean 8. Not overally busy outside of the 3-6Pm time slot, but even then it's just people using Cables and Racks, most people are afraid of machines or something at this Location? Overall I think Lifetime is a pretty fair value if you value your time and cleanliness of the Gym, blows away other corporate offerings, but missing some equipment imo.

I love Lifetime! I enjoy the classes, and after about six months of coming regularly and not really seeing the results I wanted, I decided to invest in myself and hire a personal trainer, and started working with Tim P. I have made significant progress toward my fitness goals and overall health, and I feel great. He has since moved locations, and I followed him over to that one for training weekly. As far as classes go, Alpha Strength classes are my favorite, followed by GTX & UltraFit. All the trainers and coaches are fantastic! I have also enjoyed private pilates lessons here. The facilities are clean, and I can always find equipment without issue. I have rarely come across out-of-order machines; I think I saw one cable machine during the past 1.5 years that was out of order, and it was fixed the very next day. The spa is amazing, and I had one of the best massages ever here. I forgot the woman's name, but she was fantastic. Lynn is amazing for facials. Yes, it's not the cheapest option, but in life, you get what you pay for. Two constructive suggestions that would make this location perfect in every way: 1. Remove one of the pickleball courts and replace it with a turf area for functional fitness and racks. You can never have too many lifting racks, and the turf would be a nice touch for some CrossFit-style functional workouts. 2. Add a few more massage chairs in the recovery area. These are almost always in use. Getting a few more in here would be really nice!

This location is very poorly maintained compared to other locations. Lockers are much dirtier. Bathroom essentials are often not available. Poorly maintained machines. Broken showers. Very low water pressure in showers. Please invest some money into these areas. Disappointed.
