What Parents Say
Our Little Hopes & Dreams receives highly polarized reviews. Multiple parents praise the warm staff, Christian curriculum, spacious facilities, and daily outdoor time, reporting their children are happy and well-cared-for. However, several negative reviews cite staff unprofessionalism, lack of supervision, and reference a child death at the facility.
GLAD I FOUND THIS DAYCARE! my 2yo granddaughter was welcomed warmly by Miss Amy and the director Ms Carmel, making her first day stress-free. I really wanted a Christian school and this location seemed so convenient for me but I was not sure when I saw the past reviews... But I decided to give them a chance and when I went in person all my concerns disappeared. Many of the families have been bringing their kids here for years, including siblings and cousins and obviously love it here! I loved the large classroom and outside play space - they go outside 2x/day - and with chapel every day, I know my princess was going to thrive here. Come check it out, I think you'll love it too!
My son has been going to this center for 8 months now. And it's truly a blessing. He LOVES it there and so do I. I love all the staff and the director Carmel is great. He has learned so much there and I don't have any worries about dropping him off there. He's always excited to go in the morning and happy when I pick him up. I love the Christian based curriculum they teach as well. I would highly recommend this center to anyone!
My experience here has been great. My daughter has been in good hands. Never once did I walk in and see any of the children unattended. I was sad that I had to move her to a daycare closer to my home since I’d be working from home now. This daycare is much better than the negative reviews portrayed. My daughter was her almost a year. A Christian daycare is the way to go, living in a world today.
My son attends this day care. I am a divorced dad so I do not have a final say in where he attends. I have had multiple encounters with the director of the day care and have found her to be rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions. I have never left bad reviews for a business but I have finally had enough. When I picked my son up from school Friday (the beginning of my visitation), I noticed several mouth sores and one on his nose. I mentioned it to the director on my way out (which she later denies). When I returned him to school after the weekend the director asked what was on his nose. By this time all sores but the last one on his nose had healed. I told her that it was the same sore from Friday only scabbed over. She told me that he did not have anything on Friday. She continued to tell me I was wrong and I finally told her I had a picture dated 20 min after I picked him up, which she demanded to see and it clearly illustrated the sore. My point is you should not be accused of lying (especially when you are a paying customer) in front of your son. They do not have a good track record with violations and if I had a choice, my son would not be going here.
This place is awesome !! My grandson has been there since the age of 6 weeks. I was so worried that he may not like it , being that he is so close to his mom and myself. I called on his 1 st day to make sure he was adjusting ok. I was reassured he was doing well . It’s the BEST choice ever we made. ALL the teachers there are awesome and make us feel like family. They take such good care of them and know all the childs likes and dislikes. They give u updates on their progress and daily sheets of what they had during the day. That helps so much since we arnt able to see that ourselves during the day. I highly recommend them and would not have him at any other place. Elijah is very happy with them all by the expressions we get when we drop him off. Betty Murphy-Elijah’s W.’s grandma
