ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. we booked a hall for a graduation party and paid $300 for a staff member and open the close the building, we got there on the scheduled time and no staff member was there. We stayed for 3 HOURS and the staff member still didn’t come. the grad girl cried her eyes out and we spent over 10,000 dollars is decoration just for it all to go to waste. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! ITS A SCAM AND THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
This is a good location it's very close. Love the toddler gym. The parking sucks it's crazy I mean the parking is literally not enough parking for the community center library. But it's nice it's clean Didn't really talk to staff so I don't know how their staff is but free toddler gym Tuesdays and Thursdays From 10 to 2
Incompetent with no emotional intelligence staff. I was tested by this rude lady on the phone. She was so rude and demeaning on the phone. I called regarding the availability to rent the community center. After a few cold and angry replies to my very basic questions, she finally said the worse thing. She asked me “How many people for the event?” And I replied “100 estimate for a funeral” she then said, “uhh okay, I didn’t ask you what it was for. I only asked you for how many people!!” What kind of no brain staff are you hiring here?? Such a joke and really upsetting to hear this!
This place is great. The gym is a bit crowded but nice. The center offers all kinds of classes like yoga and others. Also there are summer camps for kids under 12. The center is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and very useful
New building with playground, pickle-ball gym (maybe used for other things ;-), large multi-use room with kitchen adjacent. Smaller rooms along a hall for other meeting needs. Large windows in all the meeting/multi use rooms, lots of light. Shares a parking lot with the Library, which sometimes (usually) causes a jam, but Northgate is across the street, so parking is so far available there with a protected intersection to allow crossing the busy street.
