The exterior of the building is up kept and maintained well. The neighborhood itself is central to to a variety of transportation options. The architecture of the building and brick design is fascinating. The roof of the building was clearly redone with the newer brick atop.
This is for the New Settlement Parent Action Committee. In the winter, they had an event here, and no one from the committee showed up. A few parents gathered outside. The security guards in the building tried calling the owner, and they didn't answer. I wrote an email to Courtney and other members, but no one responded. Then a couple of us went to the New Settlement Community Center, and they said no one from there was informed about the event. So, they were not able to help us.
I have no key to enter my own building and have to wait 30 to 45 minutes until someone goes in or out, which is magnificent in cold weather isn't it? Going to the management office to ask for a new key is the biggest waste of time imaginable since when you go they just tell you they don't have any keys.
I just called & I see the lady I had spoke to had no attitude she was pretty neat, Good luck though finding a place sometimes people just get em to quick yanoo... But i reccomend this place to call.
