Our daughter started at New Horizons when she was 4 months old and we’ve had a great experience! Her teachers are so sweet and great communicators. I love that she gets to do lots of different activities (like art projects and water day). Every staff member I’ve encountered there has known my daughter by name, even teachers I haven’t met before, which is so sweet. We’re very thankful for the caring teachers at New Horizons!
New Horizon in Eagan has been such an amazing place! Our 3 year old has been there since he was 3 months old. We now have our youngest (11 months) enrolled there and continue to have a great experience. The infant and toddler and pre school teachers have all been great. We live closer to different locations but have chosen to stay here because our kids truly love the teachers and we have had such a great experience.
We have had a great experience with New Horizon Academy on Lexington in Eagan. As a new parent I was nervous about taking my kiddo to daycare and, as you can imagine, I shed a few tears the first day. The director gave me a big hug and assured me they were all there to take great care of him. She made sure I knew that there was an open-door policy and that I was welcome to stop in throughout the day if that's what I needed. My child really likes being at daycare and has grown quite attached to the staff. They are learning so much from the teachers and the other kiddos!
Our daughter started in the infant room 5 months ago. The teachers are so attentive, caring, and flexible. The director Alyssa is responsive and communicates very well. We have been very happy here.
This is our second New Horizon location (due to a move) and we have had great experiences with both. Mornings sometimes can be tough with our little one and the staff are just so patient with her and give her so much comfort. I love that that she's working on her writing every day and always has a new art project shes created. Staff give plenty of updates on how her day is going and its really easy to communicate with them.
