New Generation Learning Center & Academy

My daughter has been attending N.G.A for 1 yr now and my husband and I absolutely love Ms. Williams, Ms. Barbara, Ms Valerie & their staff. As my husband and I read through the comments, we laughed; Caring and a Strong spirit is what we’ve experienced with Ms Williams and her staff. Keep up the awesome work. Our child loves them and we do too. Momon!

My daughter has been attending New Generation Learning Center for 2 years now. And the things that she has learned is amazing to me. She talks much clearer and recognizes things that most kids her age do not due to the curriculum at New Generation. I have so much respect for Ms. Williams and the staff at New Generation. I have read reviews that are very negative about New Generation and those things are so surprising to me. If you show respect in any place you will receive respect back. And I believe those are the main reasons for the negative comments. I have so much respect for everyone at this facility and they respect me as well. I have no problems if I have questions or concerns they get answered quickly and effectively. My daughter loves it there and I am happy she is there. Thanks New Generation!!

I was teacher at this school years ago. Ms. Williams is a mean and nasty lady. All the reviews are true. Ms. Williams is mean to all the kids. Hope the parents are aware of this and hope there cameras in each class room so the parents can see what going on with there kids.

Ms. Williams will give you a hard time for no reason! I was there to pick -up a child and she initially denied my request then I explained to her that I am on the pick -up as I attempted to hand her my ID she would not even extend her hand to accept it and take a look. She informed me that she did not know me and the mother would have to call in. That is not the proper procedure! She should have accepted my ID and then compare it to pick-up list. Instead I had to get his teacher to confirm that she knows me and I have indeed been picking him up for weeks now. That was a waste of my time and it's unnecessary to disturb the parent at work for non emergency issues when she has in fact already filled out the necessary paperwork to show who is allowed to pick-up the child. From my understanding the teachers have informed me that she is like that with everyone. She also gave me absolutely no eye contact during our interaction (very rude). I would not suggest this location due to my very own experience and the over welmhing amout of negative reviews about this location and Ms. Williams.

DONOT send your child to this location . The center director is PURE EVIL. I’ve never met such an miserable rude and disrespectful old lady , like the lady who runs this business. She is awful so early in the morning . She is rude . It’s ignorance at its finest when describing her . The teachers are wonderful, but this is more of a daycare rather then a learning facility for a growing toddler . I wished I would have viewed the views before enrolling my child in this school. The rules are made up according to the directors discretion. She is very inconsiderate and simply flat out rude . She has no respect for any one that comes in that building . She talks to you any kind of way . That’s when she is there. When she not there u can b stuck out side for moments at a time til a teacher decides to leave a class unattended to get the door. The lunch is horrible and your not allowed to pack what you prefer for your child to eat .. this location even serves fish when fish n peanut butter shouldn’t b served at schools... worst school ever... the one star is for the poor teachers who have to suffer working for the miserable b***h
