What Parents Say
New England Preschool Academy has received mostly positive reviews praising the caring staff, clean facility, and improved leadership under new management. However, two negative reviews raise serious concerns about security issues and past management problems at another location.
I had my daughter attend from when she was 14 months until 3years old. I was extremely happy there! She was too. She was loved and taken care of, I had no worries. During our time, I admit there was turnover, but it has been completely turned around since Deb took over! It is stable, loving, and provides a lot of academic exposure to little ones. We had the last 5 or 6 months with the new head teacher. There was a lot more consistency, and I felt at ease! I felt welcomed by her and it was easy to trust her! She made it feel like a second home. The only reason why my daughter went to a new place was because of the distance from our home. It’s a hidden gem!
Both my boys with special needs attend NEPA, and I have to say, it has been the best. I tried other daycares in town and nothing compares. They have a new director and new teachers. They treat my children like their own. Your children will be safe and cared for. They may not have all the high technology that other daycares have, but knowing my children are well cared for is the most important. Highly recommend!!!!
My child attends the preschool program at the The Enfield New England Preschool Academy. Mr. Max and Miss Debbie are very knowledgeable and flexible with all the families. It is under new directorship.
I was exited to get my daughter registered for school “daycare”. But after realizing how often they leave the door unlock and unattended, I was as too scared to have my child be unsupervised for any amount of time. Especially when the kids are 3 feet away from the door. A daycare center that is responsible for children safety should put some type of lock safety device to make sure the kids can’t open the door on their own and no one can just walk into the facility without notice. My husband and I on two different occasions went inside and stood there for at lease 5 mins before anyone noticed. The door should at least have an alarm that makes noise as it opens to assure someone can hear it. I hope something gets done about the door issue before something bad happens to one of the children. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
This is a great daycare. The teachers are all very caring & kind. It is always very clean & organized. My 2 year olds vocabulary has blossomed since starting & she is learning new things, its wonderful to know that this daycare is preparing her for preschool in the coming years. I recommend this center if you are looking for childcare in the Enfield area for your toddler !
