Bright Horizons has amazing teachers and leadership - they're communicative, caring and genuinely nice to interact with. Our son has grown tremendously from the caring attention and education that his Bright Horizons family has provided. When we drop him off at the center, we know he's getting everything he needs to help him reach his full potential and most importantly, he loves going to daycare each day.
Our family has been at Bright Horizons Suffield for almost 5 years and I couldn't imagine sending our kids anywhere else. The teachers and directors at Bright Horizons treat our kids as if they were their own. Every single day I am grateful for what they do - their kindness is genuine, their attention to curriculum is impressive (from infants to kindergarten prep) and their creativity is inspiring! The amount of art projects my kids come home with on daily basis is astonishing! I'd be remiss not to mention their ability to communicate with me on a daily basis - it's so nice to know what they've been doing and how their day has been going - I really appreciate the time the teachers take especially since downtime can't be easy to come by! I highly recommend Bright Horizons Suffield!
I really cannot say a negative thing about our experience at Bright Horizons! We’ve been so happy (and still are) with everything from communication, the facility, and of course—how happy our 18 month old is! She is progressing developmentally as well! Someone is always willing to speak with you, in detail, regarding any concerns/questions you have whether it’s over the phone or when you’re there at drop-off/pick-up. We can’t wait for our next child to enroll in the future.
Absolutely love Bright Horizons at Suffield and couldn't imagine sending our child anywhere else. All of the teachers have been great and responsive to any questions we have. The daily tracking app is awesome to get daily updates and pictures of our child playing. Would absolutely recommend this place for your child.
We love BH Suffield. The staff are all wonderful, welcoming, kind and supportive. We had used a number of other facilities prior to selecting BH and the quality of care is just exceptional. The teachers all take the time to get to know you and your kids, it is a safe and welcoming environment and my kids are excited to go. They are highly trustworthy, reliable and have given my children a great environment to thrive and grow.
