What Parents Say
Neighborhood Children's Center receives mostly positive feedback from parents, with four 5-star reviews praising the caring staff, excellent student-teacher ratios, spacious facilities, and focus on child development. One 1-star review cited rudeness and disorganization, creating a mixed overall picture.
Our toddler was in the Moon Room, and we definitely gained peace of mind knowing our little one was well cared for. All the staff, including the Director and teachers, are professional, kind, patient, and supportive. The student-teacher ratio is excellent, and the room is spacious. The teachers put a lot of energy into helping the toddlers develop the mindset and skills needed to form healthy friendships, handle conflicts, and grow into confident, kind, and independent individuals. Our little one had a wonderful time and built strong trust with the teachers, and we greatly appreciate the people we met there. It would be even better if the pick-up time were a bit later and if lunch were offered. However, we are grateful for the quality early education and kindness they provided. We will truly miss Orca.
We sent both our girls here and they thrived. Loved the old school setting and teachers were always awesome. Plus Red Mill is right next door.
We love having our daughter go here, super supportive environment with lots of freedom for the kids to explore and learn!
Orca takes great care of our daughter. They really care about the wellbeing and development of all their kids.
I would not recommend working or sending their child there. Very rude disorganized.
