This place is a hidden jewel and offers alot! The staff is constantly offering worshops,seminars, benefit walks and, all sorts of exercise classes through their planned events and overall program activities. You wouldn't think that of a typical Youth Center, but it has a huge and very active senior program. So vendors who are reaching out to seniors and everyone check it out!
Teach chair yoga at this location. They have an awesome seniors program. If you live in the Fairburn area, you should definitely check them out. I know they have other options and events as well.
I am a senior and we have a great time on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10 for line dance class. The staff is nice and very Professional
