My oldest son (now 17) attended for after-school care many years ago. Although opinions from friends and staff varied, my experience with them was a positive one. After having my second child, the day care I put him in (closer to my job) suddenly closed and I took him BACK to where I was familiar. He is now almost 4 and he has been developing tremendously there! I have also began volunteering with the center more. There has been a bit of turnover with the staff over the years, and yes, there is always room for improvement with any business or educational center. But so far, I'm pleased with the care my child has received so far and have not had a reason to remove him. I would highly recommend that families give it a try to see for themselves.

My daughter has been through hell trying to find good overall interactive child care. Many look great at a distance but the people who are at Alkin care about the whole child & the complete well being of the family as well. For a smaller school it has a great vision for children. Outstanding change in character of my grandchildren.

This facility is an absolute scam. Every thing advertised on there flyer is completely false, including the email address. The center saids that it’s education driven, offering tutoring and other academic programs…. LIES! They’re nothing more than overpriced babysitters. Both my sons are school aged. I chose the center because the people seem nice and everything that they were offering seems to meet my requirements. Unfortunately, I was wrong! After removing my kids, the owner charged my account without my authorization for days that they were even in attendance for. This center should be put on notice, reported, and in my humble option, closed, indefinitely. Please do not waste your time and hard earned money!

I am one of those VERY VERY VERY picky parents. Fantastic environment for children. My daughter is continuously learning and growing daily. She truly enjoys her experiences and is able to see that learning is fun. I have to have a 'pep' talk with her every morning telling her 'When I come to pick you up, it's time to leave! You will be back tomorrow.' I highly recommend this school. Staff is phenomenal and genuinely care about the children.

I have known about the facility for awhile now, and this place is excellent if you are looking for a safe and secure place to be educated for your child. The food is great and the teachers are extremely nice. They treat the children as if they were theirs. The owners are very sweet and polite. The children will definitely enjoy themselves here. I actually had the oppurtunity to work there for the summer, therefore I know how everything is ran. I enjoyed the experience of working with children. This place may not be the biggest nor the best looking school, but this place has a lot of love within it. Bring your child here. You'll be glad you did.
