I have been living here for a week now, day one was so peaceful. The whole process of getting approved was long but worth it. Ms. Nicole was very polite and patient with me and my son. The whole staff down to maintenance are out every single day making sure it’s a clean and safe environment. My son is happy here and I’m happy here.

I guess it depends on how you're use to living, what you can afford, and your standards, First, let me say that these reviews are obviously from new people whom management offered something in exchange for a positive review. Most of the tenants here have a housing voucher, I would give a 5 star review in exchange for $200 rent as well if I were desperate. I was initially interested in this property to be close to my brother and his wife who were tenants once, and upon my visit I was appalled. The dumpster was overflowing with stray cats lurking, children running in the streets, curse words written on the walls, the pool water looked green and murky. The stairwells are filthy, and reek of piss and marijuana. The lady in the rent office with the braids was so rude to one of the tenants; so unprofessional, I left. My brother got his family out because of the roaches, mold, and mildew. He said the pool has not been open in years , maintenance is a joke, and they tell you to spray the mold with bleach. He also stated that there are homeless people breaking in vacant units. I also see they made channel 2 news recently.

My name is Maximillian Howell. I been living in Arcadia for 2 weeks now. I don’t know all the landlords names by heart and I apologize but I just want to say the Darkskin lady with the braids (not sure if it’s Ms. Tiffany or Ms. Nicole) but she was very sweet to me and welcoming since I moved here! I pray god blesses her in the most special way.

If I could give zero stars I would please read the reviews before considering moving over here these people are not lying I've been living here a few years now and over the years the property go down and down nobody in the office care and the maintenance people sure dont the last 2 ground keepers/maintenance we had were the best, they have dozens of cameras around the property that dont work! If you would like to live in a trash land field where boys hang outside all the time this will be the perfect place for you! And please dont reply to my post asking me to call or speak in person you really don't care! The gate have been broke for probably two years now soon as my lease is up im outta here ✌🏾

I moved into my Apartment over a month ago. Move in was smooth and swift thanks to Ms. Brown. Any issue I had got solved very quickly. Ms. Cooks helped me with my paperwork and had no problem answering in questions to the best of her ability. Ms. Brown was very professional and prompt. The neighborhood is very quiet at night compared to where I came from and Ms. Brown in no tolerance for a crazy night life, loud music, and drama. I love my 3 bedroom and the space between my kids and I. Also the maintenance men be on point I never see them resting and are quick to fix work orders. Thank you Arcadia
