My husband was in the hospital for four days unexpectedly on January 9th and I just want to say that he was treated like a King and the staff went out of there way to make sure I was ok too. We had a great team of doctors and nurse's. Our favorites were Courtney and Laura nurses on check in that were twin's. Andrew, Sheila, Christy, Julie, Alicia, Lauren, and Gabriella and Jaikaiya. Even with massive computer issues that Saturday they hand charted the records and made sure everyone was taken care of. Real teamwork. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

My experience at Common Spirit Memorial Endoscopy was amazing. They were very sweet from the very start. The nurses greeted me with warm smiles. They even hugged each other that morning. Which was a warm surprise, Dr Camile Summer was very compassionate and understanding. She explained everything very well. Before I could ask for anything they offered it to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Yesterday my twin brother had a procedure at the heart cath lab on the second floor. We first met a very sweet lady named Mrs. Betsy. I was so impressed with her kindness and her hospitality. This is the kind of person that just eases the soul for families and makes everyone comfortable during such a stressful time. I almost forgot about my worries. I enjoyed so much spending the day with her. But I can’t stop with her, because my brother had an amazing nurse named Denise that made sure he was comfortable, that we were informed the whole time, and honestly between her and Mrs. Betsy they felt like family. If I could adopt them to my family I most certainly would in a heartbeat. This was my first experience with this hospital and honestly everyone was amazing. I can’t thank them enough for everything. So if you or your family are in need of a heart fix please visit Memorial, you will be in great hands and if you happen to meet Denise or Betsy you will be in better hands! Thank you all!

Over the past 2 to 3 years I have had to have many tests and procedures. My daughter always drives me to my appointments. What I love about the hospital is the staff. From the volunteers, nurses, doctors, intake personell, and all that we have come in contact with, they are all so pleasant and personable that it makes our visits more enjoyable. There is also a valet employee named James who is so sweet and caring. He always helps us older patients into our vehicles and makes sure we use our seatbelt.

The team at the heart INSTITUTE WAS FANTASTIC. THE NURSES WENT TWO ORCTHREE EXTRA MILES TO GET ME SCHEDULED FOR A PROCEDURE THAT I THOUGHT WAS SCHEDULED (but it wasn’t) and one of your heart doctors returned early to take care of my afib through cardioversion, when he could have gone to lunch and done the procedure later. The nurses in charge of my care were great. I’m sorry that I cannot remember their name. Yet again, I am amazed at the care the staff provides its patients. Thank you!”
