Kids Rock Daycare Center

So glad we found kids rock at just the right time! I haven’t needed childcare in so long, but with two bonus babies, we were looking for a perfect fit! I had read reviews and saw some negative ones, but after speaking with the new director Jennifer, I was in! She has put systems in place, training, and I just got a good feeling with all the workers there. Not even sure of all the changes that were made, but I know when I drop off my babies early in the morning, and the workers are already smiling and asking me when the baby ate and how the boys’ morning has been, I know they are set to have a safe, well loved day!

I recently started fostering my niece and nephew and was struggling to find a daycare in my area that had space for an 8 month old and a 4 year old. They were extremely welcoming and luckily had space available. The director and assistant director are absolutely wonderful! My nephew gets so excited to go everyday. They give plenty of updates throughout the day and let you know what your children eat on their watch. I also get a picture of baby girl during nap time. I used to be so weary of daycares but my outlook has completely shifted since joining Kids Rock.

A couple of years ago, my son attended Kids Rock Daycare, and we had an experience that was extremely concerning. One of the instructors dug her nails into my son’s skin, leaving visible marks under his arm. At the same time, I witnessed another parent calling the police because their daughter was being verbally mistreated to the point where she didn’t want to return. Instead of working with us, the daycare chose to dismiss my then 2-year-old son because the staff did not know how to communicate with him. As a parent of a child with autism, this was very upsetting. Rather than trying to understand his needs, they gave up on him. Since then, I’ve been hesitant to trust daycares. Thankfully, with therapy at the Siskin Learning Center, my son is now fully verbal and thriving, but I cannot recommend Kids Rock Daycare based on our experience.

My younger son goes here and the staff and the environment is such a wonderful place to be ! They make you feel welcome they absolutely love and adore all the children ! Honestly if you’re looking for a daycare i would highly recommend kids rock !!

Kids rock has been a blessing for my daughter! She loves going there everyday and they always have fun activities and events that get the kids excited! I trust them to help take care of my daughter and I never have to worry or stress!
