After enrolling my daughter and granddaughter and letting Ms.king know I don’t get off until 5 we had an agreement it was ok to pick them up as long as I was there by 5:30. Now after they have been going there 8 months I’ve had to leave work early multiple days then I’ve been charged $1 a min I pay weeks ahead of tIME . I’ve taken items to the school like bug spray bc they were getting eaten up by bugs outside . She contacts me and says no one can stay until 5:30 anymore bc overtime is killing her . So I stated I would change them she calls me back and says she will work with me I don’t have to change them now at the last minute I’m notified I’ll have to pay a $1 a min AFTER 515 if you didn’t want my kids going there any longer you could’ve handled this differently I don’t want them going anywhere there not wanted bc I don’t know how they will be treated !!! Don’t agree to something then decide it doesn’t work with no notice and put the livelihood of someone else in jeopardy ! Very unprofessional! This is my life you played with ! I would NOT recommend you to anyone !
