Still in the application process but very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone in the office. The apartments are cute and it’s nice to have laundry and garbage shoots, as well as good security and a mailroom. They also have a computer room on site and access to services for low income individuals. There is a nice cultural mix, adequate parking and you can walk to the light rail and to Safeway (so long as the Albertson merger doesn’t happen) as well as to a Buddhist temple and several churches.
Hot water is off entire weekend. And is off right now.
