I’m very disappointed in how this daycare has handled communication and conflict resolution, particularly with the director, Keisha Notice. After I voiced concerns about how issues were being managed, I felt completely unsupported and ultimately retaliated against. Instead of working collaboratively on behavioral concerns involving my child, I was met with late-night emails, abrupt decisions, and dismissive messaging via Class Dojo. I was told my child would not be allowed to attend summer camp — shortly after I declined a meeting and expressed I was feeling emotionally drained. There was no formal warning, no opportunity for resolution, and no documentation shared beforehand. As a working parent who values structure and communication, I expected more from a licensed childcare provider. I hope other families are treated with greater respect and transparency than I was. If you choose this daycare, be mindful of how concerns are handled — and document everything. Update response : While I understand the Educational Director’s role includes parent communication, the real concern here is the timing and handling of my son’s exclusion from the summer program. This decision came immediately after I reported my concerns about Ms. Keisha’s professionalism and conflict resolution, which I believe reflects clear retaliation. I was already displeased that my son had been bitten twice by another child, with no meaningful intervention from the school. Instead of feeling supported, I was dismissed. Then, after escalating my concerns, I received a late-night email informing me that my son was no longer being offered a spot for summer — despite no prior warning this was even being considered. Adding pictures for proof of my child with teeth marks from another child that has not been excluded I’m sure. If the behavior concerns were truly “ongoing,” I should have been informed of any potential consequences earlier in the year, not after I advocated for my child. This was not a fair or transparent process, and I will be reporting this situation to the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.

My daughter has been in little starts too for two years now , I'm glad I picked this school for my daughter. It has a safe and clean environment for kids to learn in. I love how they have a play area on their property so they don't have to take the kids outside of the school for play time. My daughters pre k teacher are Ms.Sammy and Ms.Gisela they're the sweetest teachers ever ! You can tell they love their job and what they do ❤️

Little stars too is a great early start school . My little one loves it. Ms. Felicia and Ms. Tanya have done a great job welcoming her and helping her settle into the school. I am constantly getting updates about my daughter and how she’s doing. I love that I can communicate with the teachers.

I just love this school. My daughter has been going there since she was 2 1/2 and now she is in pre-k. I love my daughter's teachers Ms. Sammy and Ms. Gisela. They are so amazing with the kids. My daughter loving school because of them and she is learning so much. I am so happy that this is where my daughter school journey begun.

We love Little Stars Too! My daughter is in Ms. Sammy and Ms. Gisela’s class. They are very involved educators and always keep me posted on her progress. Additionally, they are both always welcoming and kind, answering any questions I have. I highly recommend Little Stars Too!
