I think all lease office have some issues but here only been here month I can’t get my mail box key I order things have medicine & bills inside the box . Everytime I come to office they said it will be ready that afternoon still no key . I also have ants & bugs inside home I request pest control never came . It’s quite area & decent area but I’m not a problematic person so when those small things aren’t taking care of for me is issue. I just want me issues resolved. If you looking for affordable housing it’s ok just be aware of those issues I’m having it’s not getting fix . I even call the phone always busy or I’m blocked .

I am submitting this statement to formally document a serious concern regarding my application process and my interactions with the leasing representative assigned to front office communication, specifically the woman with red hair and glasses. During my visit and subsequent communications, her tone, demeanor, and overall conduct were consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate for someone responsible for assisting prospective residents. When I stated that I preferred to complete my application independently, she appeared visibly displeased and became less cooperative. Due to existing personal responsibilities and the excessive amount of time the process was taking, I was required to leave the office. I later attempted to pay the application fee through the property's website, which instructed me to contact management. Upon doing so, I was again met with an unprofessional attitude from the same individual. Despite being told that an application fee was required and that my application had been "pushed through," there was still no option available to submit payment online. I did, however, receive a link requesting verification of personal and financial documents, including pay stubs, which I submitted promptly and in full. Since completing all requested steps, I have received no follow-up communication or clarification regarding my application status. This lack of transparency, combined with the unprofessional conduct exhibited, is unacceptable. I believe that all applicants deserve respectful, clear, and professional communication throughout the leasing process. Therefore, I am formally requesting that all further communication regarding my application be handled directly by the property manager or appropriate supervisory personnel.

I do have to say that these apartments are really nice apartments. I was here visiting some friends and they are really nice. If you are looking for an apartment in this area then i think thatbyou should definitely check them out and give them a look up for sure. Now i am not sure about availability or about their pricing but im sure that they have a website that you can go to and visit and search for and look up both of those things to have your questions answered. But yeah, they are nice apartments. So just check them out.

Oh my goodness im so disappointed that I didn’t look at these reviews before moving in 9-18 it seems like some of the same issues and concerns are happening currently. I have roaches living in the stove. The first apartment she showed me wasn’t finished and roaches met us the front door. Fast forward 2 apartments later the apartment that im in was freshly painted appliances infested and they say the pest control comes every week i cant tell. I put in a work order on Monday 10/13 thinking i would get a new stove. Sent the maintenance out to do what i have no idea because the stove is still inside my apartment. Then they said my work order was solved called the office to get clarification on what happened. She said i would have to speak to management. Which to no avail have i heard from anyone.

The ladies in the office especially Mrs. Leslie have been very helpful in an eventful situation. They went above and beyond to make sure things were right with not just the move in but the continued stay. It looks to be a solid team that aims to make this a great place to live.
