All I could say is DONT DO IT !!! You’re setti my yourself up for a waste of your time ! This company is A JOKE! From the Human Resources , directors , teachers and administrators the whole company is a FRAUD ! You’re OVERWORKED for little pay, work with coworkers that don’t have knowledge or love to know how to work / deal with students of all ages. The work environment is TERRIBLE , it’s Hispanics vs Blacks and when you go to the administration about it, NOTHING is being done to make a change to the craziness going on behind the scenes. Everyone wants to be a “boss” or are given positions that they have ZERO to LITTLE knowledge about . It’s like teaching grown KIDS ! Just a hating environment that’s not WORTH YOUR TIME ! The Hispanic workers were very hatful towards others that weren’t Hispanic . They would speak their language and degrade you when you spoke your native language, they’ll hush you when you were talking , scream and yell at the workers & kids, HIT ON THE KIDS & PUSH THE KIDS. Everything was reported to HR & ADMINISTRATORS & AGAIN NOTHING WAS DONE ! It went even far as the ADMINISTRATORS telling the teachers NOT TO KEEP CHANGING DIAPERS UNLESS WE REALLY NEED TO . To keep the keep the kids in the diaper for most of the day & only change it if the do a number 2 or 3 . Then if they do a number 2 or 3 to use the rough papers that we have & wet it to clean the kids up. They would have chaffing, cuts, burns from the abuse of not changing diapers often or from the rough papers being used to clean them . We were only given 1 box of diapers for the students & 1 pack of wipes for the month . So , we had to make sure we don’t over use it so that we can make it stretch for a month with 8 or more kids per group. Which is BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! The parents would complain about it & the ADMINISTRATION did NOTHING about it as usual . I’ve also experience students come into the facility with green mucus coming out of their noses, sick as ever , runny stomachs (diarrhea) and they still ALLOWED them to stay even though it’ll put the teachers and students at risk. They were very NONCHALANT about everything reported to them . My coworker & I had an incident with the DIRECTOR Ida & Politus at (Lillie C Williams) where a new student came at the end of the school year that we knew nothing about . Politus called me & my non-english speaking coworker to meet the father of the child Rose. At that time it was early in the morning , lots of parents or guardians bringing the children into the classes & in the hallways. Politus only have us the emergency contact paper for the child & said she will be in you all class. My coworker asked me to ask the FATHER information about the child ( allergies, age, etc) & POLITUS got irate about us wanting to know information about the child through the FATHER. She became aggressive towards us & embarrassed us in front of other parents dropping off their kids . She responded that we should have talked to her only, that’s how she talks and if we don’t like it then oh well. AGAIN THE WORK ENVIRONMENT WAS TERRIBLE !!!!!! It was reported to Ms.Rose & HR & AGAIN NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THAT SITUATION AGAIN !!!!! They also came up with FAKE policies about you being more than 5 minutes late, regardless of you calling ahead of time ! You got written up , suspended for between ( 2 to 5 days ) without pay & even terminated , which is RIDICULOUS because no where in the employee handbook (WHICH I MYSELF & OTHER EMPLOYEES DIDNT GET) said anything about that policy that IDA & POLITUS came up with. They must of thought that it was a SECURITY COMPANY OR THE MILITARY !!!!!!! Better administration, employees, hr & administrators are needed to make a DRASTIC CHANGE TO THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY !!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE FROM THE HR , ADMINISTRATORS & OTHER STAFF !!!!! Find another company that cares for their workers, have a GREAT work environment & pay you enough for the experience that you have !!!

Great place to start with your children. Love the staff and teachers! Amazing art skills, and my daugther had a good experience at this center for her daycare and kindergaten years. Go Mrs Nadine, you do a great job! Thanks. Hyccf is a good start for our little minds! Love you!

The teaching staff are nice for the most part but they have no idea how to properly care for evolving young minds. Both my children were treated unkindly and neglected to some extent. Their toddler very first teacher was rude and allowed my baby to be hurt so badly, while not watching him, till his front baby tooth has to be surgically removed after it got Infected from a fall while in her care I asked the director to transfer him months before this accident simply due to mothers intuitions and she did no such thing. I filed a report with DCF and the TEACHER at the time verbally attacked me for doing so. My oldest was bored out of his mind with their lack luster curriculums provided to the oldest preschoolers and his teacher was constantly singling him out and labeling him she even told me she's going to hit my child. It took everything in me not to react!!! I saw first hand the horrible attitudes from various staff members both upon their arrival to work and after a long day, as a childcare professional myself I say if you don't enjoy what you do daily do something else as soon as possible so the innocent children don't have to suffer through your Intolerable behaviours. More trainings and qualified staff please and thank you.
