I remember staying here and I'll say some of the staff members are sneaky so watch out for them. Others will not be as sneaky. I know this because I was sober off everything. Nicotine and caffeine included, and some people are simply not willing to cooperate with the residents that choose to stay. If you choose to stay for however many months they allow, I highly advise you to meet with your case manager regularly, choose acquaintances wisely. Every homeless individual owes nobody anything at all. You're in survival mode and you don't need nonsense.

I want to sincerely thank ( KARINA .A. ) for the incredible support they provided to me and my family. From the very beginning, they took the time to truly listen to my concerns and understand our situation. SHE treated us with kindness, respect, and compassion, which made a difficult time feel more manageable. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication made a huge difference. SHE went above and beyond to ensure we received the help we needed and followed up every step of the way. It meant so much to feel heard and supported by someone who genuinely cared. Thank you, KARINA for making such a positive impact on our lives. We are truly grateful.

Chapman Partnership is a disgrace to the idea of shelter and support. At 12:24 AM, in the pouring rain, their staff threw me out onto the street with no warning, no explanation, and no place to go. I was left standing outside in the middle of the night with all my belongings, soaking wet, and completely abandoned by the very people who are paid to help. This was not just heartless — it was cruel, dehumanizing, and dangerous. And let’s be clear: this isn’t an isolated incident. Chapman has a long track record of mistreating vulnerable people, especially when certain staff members decide to target you personally. In my case, I was falsely accused and punished without a chance to defend myself — a complete abuse of power. They call themselves a partnership for the homeless — but what they really offer is judgment, humiliation, and the constant threat of being kicked out for no reason. I came here for safety and support. Instead, I was thrown out like trash in the middle of the night and left to sleep in the rain. Shame on every staff member involved. Shame on this organization for allowing it to happen. If you’re truly in need, be warned: Chapman Partnership might just leave you worse off than when you came in.

First off this place they call a shelter shouldn't be label as such.My son was there kicked out because he got tired of being bullied and money and his food being taken every day by young thugs who are on drugs that they use and bring in there if your not part of there activities your singled out and harassed or beating up everyday you can call tell the staff nothing done until you fight back. The staff is horrible ran by people who don't care about nothing or nobody from the counseling to the Director there. They look at you like your bothering them to help your love ones there. This place has nothing but bad reviews to the thugs in the youth dorms who are harassing calling on other people phones threatening their parents to the bullying that that are aware of but don't do nothing but sit behind a phone.
