I went years ago to 2 different workforce. One in 149 the other in hunts point. Got interviewed in hunts point but never got a job from both. I think they just want your info so they can say they helped to the state to get funding

I joined a zoom called Tuesday or Wednesday in regards to a job and the recruiter Jacqueline Guzman was in charge. To begin with I was on the zoom call for almost 2 hours for no reason Becuase she was unorganized. Then once it was my turn to state the jobs and workshops I was interested in she took them down and never reached out to anyone directly in regards to the jobs that we shown interest in. I do not recommend using their services because the workers are unprofessional & unreliable

The place was completely close at 2 when they're meant to close at five. There wasn't a single person in sight. I wouldn't be surprised if that place was shut down

They offer a couple of training programs that you can complete at a low or no cost, and they do a decent job with resume building. Otherwise their services are mediocre. They inconsistently respond to calls and emails. They will show up late for scheduled meetings or reschedule them without notice. The jobs they refer have very high expectations for low pay rates. I wouldn’t utilize their services to look for a job if you have a two year college education or higher.

Workforce 1 is no actual help. I did 2 pre-interviews there it's horrible. I have 2 females that interviewed me virtually. Gave their email said they would email the information. Never heard from them. I emailed them asking about the job and the information. They never answered me back. What is the sense of telling people you will email the job information but never do. This happen twice (2). That's horrible service. They are just their for show. It's a waste of time
