My girls love Kreative kids family daycare. My youngest daughter is always eager to attend class. Additionally, she loves telling me what she learned and amazes me when she’s doing her homework at such an early stage. Tameka and her staff do an impeccable job at preparing the children for school developing their learning skills. Monthly calenders and daily conversations with staff keep me updated on curriculum and all the events happening with the daycare. The atmosphere at Kreative kids will make you feel like family and I would recommend them for your children as well. It has been a blessing to have Tameka and her staff teach and nurture my children!

My daughter attended this daycare for a few years, quite some time ago. Until it ended, I had a good relationship with Tamika. She was always pleasant with me, and we supported each other. She would occasionally run specials, and I would prepay, which worked out well for both of us. Unfortunately, our business relationship came to an abrupt end after a serious incident involving her boyfriend at the time. When my daughter first started attending, he was not around, but eventually, out of the blue a very large man — about 6'4" and around 400 pounds living there. My daughter was around 4 years old at the time. One day, while washing her hair, she winced and told me her head hurt. She then said that Tamika’s boyfriend had hit her on the head. I immediately contacted the police. When they arrived, he became extremely aggressive, and the situation escalated quickly with the police and him. I had always had a bad feeling about him; he didn't appear to work and had a very unfriendly demeanor but I trusted Tamika. Tamika, who is naturally mild-mannered, honestly did seem intimidated by him, but I tried not think too deeply about it. Which was probably a mistake. What hurt the most was that Tamika defended him and even insulted me without reason. She stood by him completely, without acknowledging the danger the situation posed to the children or to her business. Prossibly to protect her interest, but right is right and wrong is wrong. That was the last contact I had with her. It is my belief, based on what I observed, that she was aware of his misconduct but didn't correct the issue. I don’t see a reason why he would would have ever been around the children unsupervised. I also remember another parent having a serious issue around that same time, though I’m not sure of the details — but I wouldn’t be surprised if he was involved. I removed my daughter from her care immediately. It was sad to end what had once been a positive relationship, but my child’s safety was my priority. I followed up with the police department once or twice but I'm unsure of whatever came of the report. I still feel guilty that I didn't continue to follow up (Clayton County never contacted me withan update either), nor did I report the incident to Bright From the Start or any other agency. At the time, I was overwhelmed with finding new care for my child and torn about turning her in, even though it was probably the best thing to do. Time passed, and I let it go — but the situation has stayed with me.

This school has been a blessing to me as well as my son. He is learning very well and Mrs. Tameka has a passion for all the kids. I have a peace of mind every time i drop my son off at school and I recommend this Daycare for anyone who is looking for a good introduction and preparation for elementary. 😊

AMAZING DAYCARE!!! I love this daycare! My experience at Kreative Kids Family Daycare has been awesome to say the least. The staff is great. The teachers are so loving and caring. I was so relieved to find a safe learning facility for my daughter. The staff is very attentive to the kids needs and their developmental process. The daycare is properly maintained, clean and organized. My daughter has benefited tremendously from the curriculum this daycare provides. They will definitely have your toddler “Kindergarten Ready!” I can honestly say that my daughter is ready for the next chapter in her life thanks to this daycare. I strongly recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for childcare. I’m so thankful and blessed to have found Kreative Kids! I’m gonna cry when it’s time to leave 😩😩😩

Our daughter has attended this daycare for two years now and we can not express how blessed we are to have found this place. They go above and beyond in terms of educating our daughter as well as providing a nurturing environment for her. They have many events that cater to the families and definitely makes you feel comfortable leaving your child under their care. She has homework and projects that stimulate her education as this is very important to us as we are both educators. If you are looking for a school/daycare that will be apart of your village of helping your child grow then look no further. Again it is without saying that we love Ms.Tameka and all she does for the students and parents.
