I was waiting in the car for my appointment and I have seen with my own two eyes how the teacher have treated the toddlers. I’ve watched and listen to the teachers on the little babies class (2 to 3/possible 4) teachers yank, push the children during the fire drill and point they fingers in they face to make them get in line… Also heard a teacher say these children is wild animals they all over the place… Children that is 2-3 and just turning 4 have lost of energy and they hyper so when they go outside they are excited to be outside. Not expectable and I will never send my child to this day care
Best daycare ever you can see that your kids are always happy some people in the world are ignorant and when they get fired for doing something they come on here and lie it is a amazing daycare and I recommend you inroll your child here if I could give it a ranking 1/1000 I’d have to say 1000 it’s a nice environment to have your child I’ve had mine here for 6 YEARS it have never let me down.
My daughter attended Trinity Children's Learning Center, (it was her first time at a out of home child care) we loved the center from the start, specially with her teacher Ms Karina, very kind, caring and always on top of everything letting all the parents know about how their day went, helping out in different ways for her to learn, even though she wasn't her current teacher we still like the place I just couldn't afford to keep her there, Ms Maria as well has been a very good teacher. If I were to take her back I would definitely take her there.
Worse daycare around ! Need to improve communication with parents and last 2 months my son was there he changed his teacher 3 times , and with the last person another child bite my son and they said they “couldn’t “ find in the cameras videos and I was never notified about the incident.
