I absolutely love Frogs and Lilies! My son started there at the age of 8 weeks old until 5. I’ve never had any issues with the care for my son. I love Ms. Nicole and her entire staff. They treat everyone like family. Ms. Nicole always have fun activities going on for the kids and family to attend and participate. The facility is nice and clean! You’re always coming in to welcoming arms and smiling faces everyday!! A safe space not only for the kids but for us parents to feel comfortable for leaving our babies.
Nicole, just decided to look up this daycare to see if you all were still in business, and surprisingly you are. I would highly recommend after reading your recent reviews, that you allow someone else to run your daycare. Sometimes it’s best to move out of your own way. My daughter once went to this daycare also. She took us to court also. After we didn’t fall for the bluff, and went to court, her lawyer pulled us out to discuss a settlement and drop the case so it didn’t go to court. And we didn’t pay her for the whole month like she wanted. Her daycare had all the small kids along with big kids from the elementary playing football, in a closed in tight space playground. These kids almost ran my child over several times. She was so intimidated, to where she just started crying. Then the teachers were all just sitting down. My child tried to just go stand by her teacher because she was so scared, and her teacher got up and walked inside the daycare with her class still outside. So we took our child out the next day. She tried to charge us for the whole month saying that we suppose to have given her a notice. Where was the notice that our child would not be in a safe environment. Don’t mention how I walked in the daycare once to check my daughter out early, and had to wake her teacher up to let her know that I had my daughter. We absolutely tried to make it work with this daycare, but Nicole is so unprofessional that it’s unbelievable. Just read her responses to all of the 1 star reviews and you’ll see for yourself. We received that same Nicole after voicing our complaints.
Frogs and Lilies is a wonderful preschool. They not only truly care for each student but the prepare them for life and school after pre-k. The owner and teachers are heaven sent. The new facility it beautiful and they have many parent events to make the experience more well rounded and wholesome. Theu had a daddy daughter dance and a moms sneaker ball brunch...who does that?! Amazing caring people ,that's who! There is a reason they have families who have trust multiple kids there. Nicole and her team are amazing!
My son is 2 and he has developed so much since being at Frogs and Lillies. All of the staff is so loving and caring about the children. It makes it so easy to know that your child will be loved at home and away from home. Just all around the best. They for sure need 20 stars!
Frog's & Lilies is a very good place to take your child(ren). Management, staffing as a team is awesome. We were/are more a family than teachers. When your babies were/are dropped off they becomes/came our babies. It good to know that you have a beautiful clean building and a loving staff to bring your babies to and didn't have to worry. Ms. Nicole would make sure your babies had the best of everything they needed to learn with and to have fun with. Starting every morning with exercising, mediating, and prayer.
