I have been taking my twins here for several years now.. They love it here.. I love it here, the teachers are top notch and love how much they care for the kids it shows in there work. I couldn't imagine them going anywhere else. They will be starting school this year and I am so glad that Knightdale KinderCare was a big part of there development. I highly recommend KinderCare
I'm a first time parent and my son was only 9 months old when I found myself needing childcare. I hadn't planned on him going to daycare so soon. The staff at Kindercare Knightdale were so understanding of my fears and made me feel so comfortable after his first day. My son didn't cry once! When I picked him up after his first day, he was smiling and giggling! He came home and passed out HARD! After his second day, he slept 13 hours! He gets so excited when we drive up in the morning and is worn out, but very happy, when I pick him up. I am beyond grateful to the staff and his teachers! I can't say enough good things. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME GET MY SON ON A PROPER SLEEP SCHEDULE!!!!! I would shout out individuals, however, every single staff member has been amazing!
Today was the first day for my son being required to wear a mask at day care. I was nervous about it, on top of sending the kids back after a two week quarantine from an exposure at day care. The teachers do a great job of putting Momma’s mind at ease! He is doing well and looks happy in the photos I receive! We’ve been at this center for over 4 years and love the care and attention my children receive. The staff have become like family!
It’s difficult for me to put into words just how phenomenal the care provided from the staff here is with our children. My 4 year old son, who’s an only child and spent his entire second year of life in quarantine has flourished with the love and support of these amazing caregivers. They share photos and videos daily, meal reports, activities— and were instrumental in helping with potty training. They just go above and beyond in so many ways. We experienced a layoff in our household last week and the idea of removing him absolutely broke my heart. When I discussed this with the staff they assured me all moveable mountains would be moved to accommodate this temporary situation. I would never want or consider any other daycare/preschool— when I drop him off in the morning and my baby boy runs up to his teachers with hugs, there is absolutely no way to stage a reaction like that. It’s the most genuine act there is. Knowing the people I leave my son with, care for him on a level that’s close to family.. there’s no price I wouldn’t pay for that.
My daughter attended and there were great teachers there however they allowed a teacher to remain working there that abused infants. My daughter cried every morning she had to be left with Iris. I’ve witnessed her scream at the children telling them No. I use to call the daycare and ask for someone to watch my baby but unfortunately I had just started a new job. Eventually I expressed my concerns with the director and told her I refused to drop my daughter off with her anymore and she made other arrangements. When she went there I noticed babies would be in the cribs constantly and when they cried she wouldn’t pick them up. Then dropping my daughter off I could hear her being loud towards them. This has been on my heart to share for some time i would have loved someone to tell me the things that were happening here.
