This place gives me PTSD every time it crosses my mind. I had enrolled my son in this daycare, and one day while dropping him off before work, I got caught in traffic and arrived just two minutes late. The front desk lady who i think is in charge of the daycare refused to take him in, insisting I had signed a contract that required me to go back with my child if late. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, she showed no understanding, and we ended up in a heated argument. Desperate to get to work, I eventually left my son there, trusting that no reasonable adult would take out their frustration on a child. But when I returned to pick him up, I broke down in tears. My son’s diaper was soaking wet, soaked through his pants, his face covered in dried tears and mucus. He had been neglected the entire day. It was heartbreaking to realize that a caregiver would retaliate against a child because of a misunderstanding with a parent. I had paid for this service, not a favor, yet I was forced to apologize to this woman to protect my son from further harm. We issued a two-week notice and never looked back. I don’t know if that lady still works there, but her attitude and unchecked ego are reasons I would never recommend this daycare to anyone.

The Director at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. I have contacted corporate on her and her rude behavior before. A disgrace she is. My daughter went today with a court order to have her own paperwork filled out.The director in the front office.. the director harassed my daughter by walking outside and trying to jump in her face and told my daughter she was not able to fill out her paperwork and to show her where it says that in the order. This lady has gotten into my daughters personal business, by saying something to her in regards to a social service case. I told my daughter to call the police because she has no business following you outside to impose her personal opinion and bullying on anyone. She is NASTY! and the sooner she gets out of there the better.. there is a corporate office and another report will be filed and if nothing is done the next statement will be with a news reporter about the utter disrespect and unprofessionalism from this center.. No one should be treated this way and no one is above a court order.. You are sad!!! One thing about a liar Ms. Director is you will be found out. Tell your corporate whatever makes you look the best. They will eventually see the real you hopefully it won’t be with a lawsuit attached. God don’t like ugly and you are one of those people that lie to save your own hide. That daycare need to have cameras up 24/7 with audio.. I guarantee if they did you would no longer be employed!!! GUARANTEED!!

If I could leave a 0 star I would’ve owner is an older white lady who is a DEFINITE KAREN!!! Beware taking your kids there, completely unprofessional and I’m talking about the lady that owns it, your kids are the most important thing you have and who watches them when your not around is of the upmost importance, and this is not the lady you want around them

My Granddaughter is welcomed each day with smiles and enthusiasm! She always wants to come and that says a lot. The office staff is friendly and kind. Thanks everyone 😃
