Kindercare Learning Center

Our family has two boys that have been going to KinderCare Oakdale since the summer of 2023 and we cannot express enough how amazing this place has been for us! The folks that work here truly care about each individual child and allow them to grow as individuals. They are great at communicating through their app, in-person during drop-off & pick-up, on the phone or during parent-teacher conferences. The center Director Sarah, specifically, has been an incredible resource to our family by helping us navigate all the bits and pieces of parenthood.

Our son has been going to Oakdale Kindercare for less then a year. I am happy to say we are very happy with our decision. All of the teachers and staff have been wonderful to our whole family. It was his 1st time being cared for outside of the house and family. The 1st couple weeks with any change was not the easiest, since then drop offs are seamless because he is happy in the morning to see his teachers and others classmates. We also love getting progress/update photos throughout the day to see how our little man is doing.

I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at this childcare facility as my children have been going here for about five years now and one started off as just a little newborn and they do an incredible job at taking care of my children. Sarah, who has been here since day one and moved up to Director. She is amazing and Chelsea as well. Who has also been here since day one and is the assistant is also amazing. My kids love these two very much and I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else. Thank you guys so much for all the hard work and the love you share with my kids.

I have to be honest, I had heard terrible things about Kindercare. When I needed to find hasty placement for my 3 boys I called about 30 different places before calling Kindercare. They had openings right away however, so I cautiously accepted thinking it would just be temporary. We have been with Kindercare 5 months now, and I would be devastated if we ever had to leave. Chelsea and Sara are a dream team, and EVERY one of the teachers truly care about each of my boys. The kindercare app gives real time updates with pictures of the crafts, projects, and lunches/snacks that they are having. We can message back and forth quickly; which I love because I always forget to tell them updates at drop off. I have a child in each age group... Infants, toddlers, and School age. And I will admit, they are each quirky in their own way, but I swear they are celebrated and accommodated by this center. I also love that each age group does fun projects that they wouldn't get to experience at home. They even do "school" pictures and special events like ice cream trucks in the summer, Halloween parties for the families, and visits with Santa. Special shout out to Ms. Lori for making the tastiest healthy meals and snacks all day every day! 100/10 recommending Oakdale Kindercare to all my mom friends.

KinderCare as a whole is a great company. However, the Oakdale location is not safe. There is an extreme lack of supervision as well as classroom management. There is a huge turn over rate with staff. BIG RED FLAG. When you express concern for your child or things going on that you notice in the center you are ignored. I have reported things to the director, district leader and above and nothing ever changed. I would not feel safe sending my child to this location.
