I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the quality of service and management here at Soapstone. Unfortunately, my experience has not met the standards that were promised or reasonably expected. Over time, I have observed several issues that are concerning, including but not limited to: * Lack of clear communication from management * Unprofessional behavior and poor responsiveness to concerns raised * Inadequate handling of complaints and follow-up * Frequent staff changes and poor organization * Unprofessionalism of speaking poorly to the staff, I have witnessed a multiple occasion, the vulgar language of which the management speaks to her employees. * Whenever I drop off my child, we are early birds there is never any management around to discuss any issues when I pick up in the afternoon it’s a rare occasion where there are sitting in the front and available. * Management doesn’t make the center feel welcoming as other schools or businesses. These issues have caused significant frustration and concern, particularly as they relate to the safety, well-being, and development of the children in your care. I expect daycare management to maintain a safe, respectful, and well-organized environment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

We also chose this KinderCare due to its convenient location for us. I am so glad we did because they far exceeded our expectations. Our daughter stayed home her first 12 months, so putting her in daycare was very hard for us. From the first day, the teachers and center directors understood this and made my daughter and us feel comfortable. Those first few weeks Miss Elhma and Miss Laverne went out of their way to ensure my daughter not only got used to going to daycare, but enjoyed it. 4 months later , my daughter loves it. She always comes home with a smile on her face. I truly recommend this daycare for any parent searching for a place away from home your child will love and enjoy going to.

We chose this KinderCare simply because they were convenient to our day to day life. We got very lucky. Ms. Danielle, Ms. Ivory, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Jaz, Ms. Laverne and EVERYONE else at KinderCare Soapstone are irreplaceable. It's hard for me to think about anyone else helping our child grow into the person he is destined to become. I cannot recommend this KinderCare enough! You will not be disappointed by the level of care every member of staff has for your children!

I've had two children at this center for 2.5 years. We've been in the infant, toddler, 2s, 3s and 4s rooms. The staff in each class has been welcoming and attentive to each child's needs. When we're having a tough drop off there's always a friendly face ready to help my child with the transition. We've loved the hours and days open. I also love the shaded play area in the back. My kids are always engaged in play when I pick them up with big smiles ready to tell me about their day. My oldest started kindergarten this fall and she was very well prepared. She was also genuinely missed by the staff. It is clear that the teachers love what they do and love the children in the center. I highly recommend. Additionally, over the passed several years there has been continual maintenance and upkeep of the building and the property.

My three daughters go here and I cannot praise it enough! I have two in the school age and their summer has been such a blast! Field trips multiple times a week and all the activities they have had during the other days have been a highlight of their summer. My other daughter is in the toddler class and they always make sure to keep the younger kids days just as exciting and full of things to do. The new app is great and gives me the chance to see my girls in real time enjoying their day. The teachers and directors make us feel like family from the second we walk in till the moment we leave. My wife and I have recommended KinderCare Soapstone to all of our friends and anyone looking for the best care for their kids.
