My daughter hated her time in the 2s class. The teacher (Ms.Goltie) was mean. They also kept her in the class well after turning 3 and being advanced for her age.
I truly appreciate Brexi and Gerlinda for all you do for the children, for the love and selflessness, thank you for taking care of the children like they were yours. We love you both so much We miss Ms Mary, we also appreciate Ms Renee, MsNaveeh, Ms Karen, Ms Joet and everyone in the center
We are so grateful for the love, care, and dedication shown by teachers in the KinderCare. Our child has grown so much socially, emotionally, and academically thanks to the nurturing and positive environment the teacher creates every day. He growth up, learned a lot, and played with the friends everyday. The photos are shared during the day were great. The patience, creativity, and genuine passion for teaching shine through in everything the teacher does.
My daughter went to this KinderCare for 1 week. her first week she lost 3 pounds. I received pictures on the app, which made me believe she was having a good experience. When i picked her up after the 3rd day a teacher informed me that she had been crying all day and did not eat. The pictures were taken for the few minutes throughout the day she managed not to cry.(my daughter has delayed speech so i couldn't really get answers from my kid). I was also informed by the Director that my voucher was for 5 days(never noted anywhere on voucher) and since my daughter was only enrolled for 3(because my voucher did cover the entire cost for 3 days) i would have to enroll her more days and pay the rest out of pocket or get a new voucher and pay until it was fixed. when i spoke with the people who gave me the voucher they informed me that the days my daughter attended did not matter. my voucher was a set price. being a director of a facility for so long i thought it was funny that she decided to tell me that, even though it made no sense and without getting a rejection from the state.( I have had a voucher now for 3 years and never paid a cent, meanwhile she was basically demanding I come out of pocket) after I removed my daughter from this kindercare she started a new daycare and after day 2 she was not ready to leave at pick up. I'm posting this review years after my experience because I want parents to know that they do not need to settle. If anything in your gut is telling you to make a change regarding your child, make the change. The whole "its normal she'll get used to it" is true, but sometimes your kids are reacting for a reason. I'm leaving 2 stars Because of the good staff members, and the facility is presentable.
Our daughter has been attending KinderCare for several years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Ms. Mary, the director, is truly amazing—her dedication and leadership make the daycare run smoothly and create a warm, welcoming environment for all the children. We’d also like to give special recognition to Ms. Erin, Ms. Nasnim, and Ms. Anrica in the 4A class. They do a fantastic job making learning fun and engaging every single day. It’s clear they care deeply about the kids and their development. We’re so grateful to have such a wonderful team caring for our child!
