Dr. Corba listened to all my concerns and was very knowledgeable on my daughter's problems. He genuinely cares for his patients and has gone above and beyond making sure we get all the answers we need for my little girl.

We have been patients of Dr. Corba’s since 2009 and have always been very happy with the care he provides — we trust him completely. I would not normally be posting a review like this and would have preferred to speak directly with Dr. Corba, but the front desk would not permit me to do so. Unfortunately, the front desk has become a serious barrier to care. One staff member in particular has been extremely rude and unprofessional, even telling me I was free to find another practice if I wasn’t comfortable with her decision not to allow me a call back from my child’s doctor. She has hung up on me, made untrue statements about our records, and created unnecessary conflict when all I was trying to do was clarify simple information. To make matters worse, the office’s record-keeping appears unreliable. For example, a vaccine my daughter received here in July 2024 is documented on her vaccine record, yet I was harassed by the front desk who insisted she had not received it at this office — and even claimed they had no record of her being a patient there at all prior to 2023 (she has been a patient since 2011 with a break when we moved out of state). This is deeply concerning for a pediatric practice. When you reach other staff members, they are polite and helpful, and the medical care itself is excellent. But because this individual controls access to the physician, communication is unnecessarily difficult. I also see other reviews mention similar experiences with the front desk, so this does not seem to be an isolated issue. I hope Dr. Corba sees this review, because this behavior from the front desk does not reflect the quality of care he has given our family for more than a decade. Parents considering this office should know that while the medical care is outstanding, the front desk experience can be frustrating and concerning.

The front desk staff could really benefit from additional training, particularly in customer service and professionalism. Right now, they come across as unfriendly, impatient, and lacking in basic people skills. A strong front desk team should be welcoming and accommodating, as they are the first point of contact for patients and set the tone for the entire visit. I've been coming here for 5 years and it used to be an amazing team up front so I'm not sure what's happened in the last year. That being said, we continue coming back because we absolutely love Dr. Corba. The quality of care we receive from Dr. Corba is outstanding, and that’s what keeps us loyal despite the less-than-pleasant experience at the front desk. However, improving the staff’s communication skills and overall demeanor would make visits even better for patients and their families.

We have been going to Dr. Corba for 15 years and he has always been the best doctor with all 3 of my children in all situations that have arisen over the years. So grateful!

We started visiting Kids R Great in 2008, and Dr. Corba quickly became our favorite pediatrician. He was always friendly, understanding, and accommodating. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and offered honest, thoughtful advice. Even with the hour-long drive, going out of network, and paying out of pocket, his expertise made it all worth it! Those were things that I was willing to do to have my children taken care of by Dr. Corba. Sadly, we now live in Florida, so my kids no longer see Dr. Corba. He was truly amazing for our family, and I highly recommend him!
