What Parents Say
Reviews are overwhelmingly positive, with parents praising the facility's cleanliness, friendly staff, and variety of amenities including gym equipment, pool, and recreational areas for children. One negative review raised safety concerns regarding staff conduct and equipment tampering. A common complaint is limited pool availability due to maintenance issues.
Great facilities and friendly staff, but pricing and T&Cs are a little off. $15/month p.p. for towels? Never seen that at any other Y I've visited. When I came to cancel our family membership (we moved) I was charged a $60 cancellation fee. When I asked what that was for, staff indicated "well we don't charge a registration fee" - which is a little ridiculous if you're still going to hit people with a vague (and thus far unjustified) fee simply for leaving.
Really wish I could give it zero stars, everything is a hassle hear customer service is zero considering this is suppose to be a Christian organization the staff here are the worst, they always act bothered if you ask them something and forget it if you want to work out with your teenagers they must get a one on one with a trainer, why? It’s ridiculous the only reason I even keep this membership is cause of children’s sports other then that they all suck
Rude, incompetent and difficult staff in my opinion. Going swimming or working out isn't worth having to deal with the people that work there. Save your money and go elsewhere. ZERO stars, if only possible.
I like the gym and members! It’s super clean, everyone wipes their machines down, and the staff are all super friendly. The only thing that drives me nuts is I can never use the pool…. and that’s half the reason I come here.
All the forms of working out are great, but calisthenics are the most rewarding and doing calisthenics in a shaded swimming pool on a hot day is its own reward. I think the Y needs to implement a wristband for the hard-core gym enthusiast so the public can take note and say move on it’s my turn, because sometimes I forget my surroundings.
