I have sat on posting this review or not, but the mom in me has to do it. While the manager is really nice and helpful and I think she has great protocol concerning the children mainly checking in and out. But past those doors I have no idea what’s going on. My 8 mo old baby was here for 2 days. TWO days, and I immediately took him out. In a 9 hour period they only fed him 10 oz of formula, and changed his diaper 11 times. Something about that doesn’t add up. Said he refused baby food until the next day. But same thing with the formula. I mutually know a worker there and she told our mutual that they let my son cry all day. Mind you my baby is very happy and hardly cries. He would come out teary eyed and lethargic. While I understand getting used to a new place, no nurturing for my child was ever practiced. Which broke my heart. But what made me mad is that when I took him out, I accepted to do the private pay for the two days and my attorney said that was a croc and that they shouldn’t have required that. There were no apologies given or anything just “okay here’s your stuff, bye” and that made me question the managers character and I was glad I left at that point. Plenty of other options in Enid. This is one I wouldn’t consider.
Everyone knows my sons name. We always get a friendly hello and good bye. He is always happy to walk in the door. I couldn't ask for a more caring staff to watch my son while I'm at work. I'm so greatful to be able to leave my son with out a worry and know he's in wonderful hands while I'm away. Thank you Paula, Jamie, Mia and the rest of your staff for being so wonderful!
They have recently started threatening in front of my son him not coming back because he kept having accidents and it’s inconvenient for them to have to stop what they are doing and take care of the accident. He will not be going back! Very disappointed. Now we are having a hard time getting him to want to go to daycare cause when he goes he is treated differently and threatened by the head lady over there.
use to go to this daycare so it’s been like 10 years since i was last there but i never liked it. teachers yelling at kids putting their hands on them,and makeing threats to kids like “if you don’t eat more i’m throwing away your favorite stuffed animal away” has happened to me before.
I would give this place a -10 if that were an option. My child walked out with a fresh bloody scratch on her face but no adult can tell me what happened. The owner said she "watched the video but didn't see anything." Needless to say that was my daughter's last day. Do NOT send your beloved child here.
