I have 4 kids in this daycare, and they all love going! The teachers are nice and respectful. They also have created a bond with each of my children. Any time I feel as if an issue is happening, the director is quit to figure out a solution. I will always recommend this daycare to friends and family!
If I could give them a zero star I would. My child was in the baby room. I felt they were always understaffed. Almost every day I would pick up my 3 month old. There would be a complain about her being fussy or her not eating. I had explained to them she has a milk allergy and switched her formula. The excuses were still the same my daughter was losing weight because she wasn’t being feed properly. Their excuse was she wasn’t eating my thoughts was they weren’t taking the time. As a first time mom I was scared to send my daughter to daycare this one failed me and my child. I confronted the workers about saying almost everyday there was something wrong with my child. In which I got a rude response as always. My last straw is when they called me when I was at work and said she needs to be picked up because she was to fussy and they can’t have her there. Like come on now she’s a baby and babies get fussy. The lack of knowledge the care givers have over babies is insane. Don’t get me started on how most of the babies in the room were the workers and they prioritize their kids over the others. But once I switched her daycares at almost 5 months old I have never had a problem and she is gaining weight and the happiest baby ever. I would never refer this place to anyone it’s sad. They neglect the kids and don’t care for them properly.
I was constantly being pulled out because my child would get diarrhea. Since the daycare dismissed him there has not been one stomach issue.
My two kids have absolutely blossomed in this facility! I went here as a kid and i would never have done as well in life if I didn’t come here!
I asked one of the workers yesterday if my kids needed anything for them, they said just some clothes. Our daughter is 7 months old and today they dismissed them because I work nights and don't get off till about 1 or 2 in the morning. They needed formula and the incompetence of letting us know a day before is ridiculous, especially if someone asks if the child needs anything. I don't recommend this daycare because our 2 older boys don't like the way some of these teachers are. Plus the daycare has a really bad lice issue and can't seem to get it resolved at all.
